44 points last season. 5 points this season from 15 games, inclusive is the 3 points earned at home v Luton. Chelsea need to be very careful. Not once did I ever think it would happen to Newcastle or Aston Villa, or even Everton who have flirted with the drop in the past few seasons.

Lost to Forrest at home, draw with Bournemouth - are these 6 pointers Chelsea are on the wrong end off. Im not joking either, they need to be very careful. Even if its a one in 10 chance, thats too high a risk, and if they cant win and get a string of wins together, they will be stuck down the in the danger zone.

They're both looking good, but for it's got to be Jackson.

Nkunku took a knock vs Dortmund, and we're waiting to see whether it's a problem, as he did previously suffer a knee injury.

Jackson plays with no fear like he's down the park. That would be my pick.
Last time I take your advice :)
I've given up with him and just taken him out.

Worse start for Chelsea in 28years according to radio 5live.
I honestly thought things would improve this season.

Crazy isn’t it, I thought Pochetino would whittle down the players he wants and start to get a tune out of them. It’s still a work in progress and they don’t have someone who can find the back of the net. They can’t have a situation like last year where they bin the manager off and stumble towards the end of the season with a caretaker.

Far too early to judge imho but you know what directors are like.

Newcastle, Villa and now Everton had pretty poor squads and were rubbish for years. Chelsea aren't even close to being in the same situation as those clubs were or are.

The major issue for Chelsea would be not qualifying for the Champions League. Considering the money they've spent then another year out of that competition would be a disaster for them. There's a big chance 5th place will be a CL spot this season with the new format CL starting next season so it opens things up a bit for the best of the rest.

Basket case of a club and if it was us we’d be truly slated by everyone from the cleaner at Luton to the media, including the Metro, to the CEO of the Premier League. Chavs are getting a free ride, being praised in certain quarters as ambitious and building for the future. It’s absolute bollocks, they played Bournemouth who could get relegated and were poor, for all their spending they have a 38 year old in defence and two ex City players who finished the game wouldn’t get anywhere near our starting eleven.

The media say there’s mitigating circumstances as they have bought young players, try praising 21 year olds in Gvardiol and Doku, they’re here and now doing the business, if you’re good enough you’re old enough, Chavs are an absolute disaster.

For context, we've had 76 goal attempts in 3 away games, and scored 8 goals, I wish we could finish our chances..

Yeah City miss a lot of chances too but the key difference is you create enough chances for your forwards and midfielders that a couple of missed chances is just par for the course. Haaland could have had a hatrick again but he only got one. With us, Jackson just gets the one chance, if he misses it, it's gone. The same for Sterling, Mudryk and any other potential scorer, so there's a lot more pressure to take the one chance than it is for Haaland or Alvarez who know more chances are coming if they just keeping making the same runs. It is no surprise then that when Sterling and Jackson get a chance, they more likely to snatch at it than be calm and composed in the moment.
