I’m sure I used to have decent interactions with you a few years ago. Maybe I didn’t and I’m mistaking you for a different poster, but anyway you always seem so angry when you pop into this thread that it worthless even trying to engage with you.

So have a nice day and hope we can have more useful interactions in the future.
While you're here what do you think about Mount going to the rags?
I'll be honest i've never rated him, think he's above average.
Happy?
Sad?
Don't give a fuck?

Extremely sad. Loved him. I think he’s an excellent player m, underrated massively for some reason by rival fans. He will make United better and we will regret letting him leave.

Talking of ' decent interactions" I posted on this thread a few months back about Manchester City's brilliant team of home grown players who smashed Chelsea at The Bridge 3--1 ,on a Tuesday night early 1988/89 season.
You replied " why would I commentvaboutvsuch an insignificant match years ago"
You were probably embarrassed that the attendance that night was only a pathetic 9k ,you had an away fan ban, altho plenty of Blues,Inc me were in the home end as we cut your experienced team to ribbons...
This along with the fact you probably werentva Chelsea fan back then..

The point is..it wasn't an insignificant match,or season for you...was it?

You got promoted that season as Champions( we went up in 2nd place) and since that season you have remained in the Top division ever since, going from strength to strength, with title wins and European glory...fair play.

You could have come back to me and said yes but we brought 6k fans to your place in the return fixture and outplayed you, with our fans being loud and proud in Platt Lane....

I've probably educated you a little on your own teams history, either that or you chose to ignore an important part of your past..

I still would genuinely like to know why you had 9k at home against us in 1988?.
And now have nearly 4 times that amount now you are a big club..

Either way,the issue of meaningful interactions, esp from a visitor to these boards ..cuts both ways.

Watching your club desperately sell 200M worth of talent to beat a deadline is embarrassing....and you kept Sterling?

Lol.

I’m sorry but you’re asking me about random attendance from a match 35 years ago. I can’t tell you why attendances were this or that before my time nor do I particularly care. Why would I be embarrassed about something I wasn’t around for? Would you be embarrassed by *insert random fact about City from 1942’? I’d imagine not.

I’m sorry you felt our interaction wasn’t great.

Another purchase

Chelsea have announced the signing of Portugal Under-21 international Diego Moreira from Benfica.

Moreira, 18, joined Benfica from Standard Liege in 2020 and was part of the side which won the 2022 UEFA Youth League.

Having made his senior debut in May 2022, Moreira featured regularly for Benfica B last season.

LOL indeed.

What is it you'd like to hear as an answer to this question?

Whatever the reason, @Vialli98 surely can't be held accountable.

I'll take a stab at it:
Our support was patchy at that time, and nowhere near the Spartan-like loyalty of City fans such as your good self, who would not hesitate to forsake all other life responsibilities in order to travel to Stamford Bridge to see Ian Brightwell bag a brace and help City come back from 1 nil down to win the match.

Does that work for you bro? :)
