Watched a few Chelsea YouTubers after match discussion to get there vibe! Mainly out the billion spent and 25 player bought about 7/8 good enough, they are wavering on sacking the manager and they talking about buying established players in January!

Now what gets me after watching a few of these cheslea YouTube channels is not ONE mentions ffp or if there club are in deep shit with what's been happened under last owner and the well over spend!

It was refreshing because the media narrative around our club last ten years has all us fans thinking about ffp!

Where’s Vialli? Hes gone quiet, plus the Palmer Fan Boys, we did a good deal there but tempered by a shit deal for Kovacic who is sadly very much regressing.

FFP is going to nail them to the wall.

Chelsea are basically finished as an elite-level club, and could easily be the next Everton.

You'd imagine the private equity owners won't be too keen on continuing to fund losses, year on year, either.
New increased PL broadcast deal coming up to increase their earnings. But will it be enough?

Sadly, Luca is not with us anymore. A great player, huge knowledge of football and a lovely man by all accounts, but you wouldn't have thought it reading some of his comments on here.

Surely it would only be for new signings rather than applied retrospectively?

That said, I don't think they're in a good place financially at the moment and it will surely be exacerbated if they can't secure CL football this season.
They've just had the vote and yes it's for signings made from here on out

They did it retrospectively with us after the FFP rules came in, we’d already committed to large contracts but UEFA and the PL both allowed a loss of £105m over three years which wasn’t enough for us to pass the rules, they knew what they were doing.
