Not many comments on Chelski recently ...

Looking a tidy unit with excellent competition for places, manager looks calm relaxed and has the respect of the players .
Fans have taken to the manager .
Winning matches when not even playing that well by all accounts
All players seem to be striving to improve themselves ....those that were not....ruthlessly moved on by the manager.....

Intresting outfit ...even having a major goal keeper change at the same time as us !!

We move in silence. We’re happy to fly under the radar whilst everyone is focused on City’s struggles, Liverpool’s title charge, the chaos at United etc.

It’s been a really nice start to the season though. We’ve beaten pretty much every team we’re supposed to beat and dropped points to the 3 teams that are clearly better than us.

I’m happy to just keep taking it one match at a time and see where we are when we play City Jan 25.

We move in silence...sounds like an Intro to an 80s Futurist track
Kraftwerk Ultravox ..that kind of vibe.
V98...are you a Futurist. ? ; )

What looked like batshit tactics when Todd Boehly came in, now is starting to look like there was a decent plan.

Signing young players on long contracts.

I don't have any hate towards Chelsea. Hope it works for them (not at the expense of City)

It was batshit crazy. Spending 1 billion and selling half a billion worth of players in the span of 2 years is genuinely batshit insane. It's not something that anyone should ever look at with anything other than disgust imo. It's reckless, it's scattergun, it's so wasteful etc.

The fact that things have started to stabilise a little after a truly chaotic 2 years is good but it doesn't validate the approach imo. There were many different ways we could have arrived at this point. Some of those other methods might have gotten us here a bit quicker than 2 years too.

With all that said though, I'm obviously very glad to watch a team that's winning most weeks again. I like the manager a lot. I like most of the players in the team. I feel optimistic about our chances to compete for the big trophies in the years to come. I just hated the process it took to get here.
