This deal is gathering pace and is looking likely at the moment............
So after already signing Marin, and having Mata on their books... would they really go for Hazard as well as Hulk???

Isn't Hazard off to the Rags. Everything I read now seems to have him nailed on for Stretford.

I think you've just answered your own question

I've not heard anything about Chelsea's interest in Hazard being real tbh, but Hulk is a differant story...............

Eden Hazard £35 million for potential

Just heard news Eden Hazard has decided to join unmanaged Chelsea.
Although I feel he could be a decent addition I'm glad the club haven't broke
The bank to sign him.
There is no comparison with our other big earners aguero, tevez, ya ya and David, as
All these players were already established winners of major trophies and were really guaranteed great buys.
Hazard apparently wanted 200k and the fee of £35 million was way overpriced for a 21 year old who is still unproven in a major league or international football.
I would certainly have him but not at those figures.
Well done city I'm sure he is one of a number of targets we had, so let's move to the
Next one.

Right, I agree, way to much for an unproven 21 year old, however, who's the Next target though?

Not bitter, realistic if we pay 200k per week on an unproven player how many of our established players will be knocking on the managers door asking for more ??
As I said above I would certainly take him but 200k and 35 million.
We only paid 37 million for aguero a world wide name.

Re: Eden Hazard £35 million for potential

My thoughts exactly. Went off him when the whole 'Oh, I'm worried that some of City's players are better than me' thing came out. Don't want a player that's not willing to fight for his place. Surely top players want to play with the best?
