in terms of retrospective action against costa, the fa have up to 2 days to make the charge, costa would then have another day to accept or deny - it appears even if he denies he has no right to appeal the actual offence, appeals are only if the punishment is excessive

basically if the fa decide in the next couple of days to charge him, he misses our match
