Well it was a day for the bookies that's for sure. Started with so much promise too. I'm just about evens as it stands. Don't think I'll be spunking any big money anywhere from here on in.. it's all been very competitive.

No more Heros has died.
Seems No more heroes didnt make it and was put down last night after the vets advised it. Such a shame as it was full of promise.

Seems he kicked into himself and severed a tendon, certainly not a fall, could have happened in a field running around with his mates, injury was too severe for him to have any quality of life so he was put down.

Anyway onto today we go,it's my bloody birthday so hopefully I can grab a couple of winners,an old fella who goes in my local bookies likes throwing a tip or 2 my way,and in fairness around a month ago he gave me 2 for Cheltenham,and they both run today.
I have to go with them,as he's give me a couple over last couple of years,a few losers as well mind,but the 2 today are Box Office in the Pertemps at 2.10 (25/1) and also Johns Spirit in the Brown Advisory at 4.10 (6/1 fav)
