It's not all bad for them - some stars have graced the Whaddon Road turf. I remember seeing an ex-England international turning out there - Michael Ricketts of Bolton and Boro fame (was playing for Oldham at the time iirc).

Bet they were queuing all night to make sure they got tickets for that.

I could enquire if we’ve any room on the Eccles coach if you like? Only thing is I sit in the front seat for away games. We usually put a bit of entertainment on for far away matches. Shawsy runs the disco. ;-)
