He's a **** who scared of confrontation and speaks like he's reading a script. Had a welcoming committee greet him a few months ago when he came to my workplace to promote "The East Midlands Engine".He tried to avoid the committee by walking out side the station, around the car park to get on his train back to London. Didn't work as we had union members at all exits. He looked like he shit himself and scuttled into the first class carriage.Callinmg @mat!
An asset stripper who refuses to take responsibility for anything. His department runs more of the railway than BR did by stealth, yet he refuses to accept any blame for fuck ups. He's happy to give Northern and other companies millions in tax payers money NOT to run services. Hence Northern not arsed attitude in restoring services.
