Just watched C4 News - they have copies of the due diligence reports and they are no such thing - several issues with Seabourne Freight were flagged up - the DoT never even spoke to their backer who dropped out - they took Seabourne's word that they had assurances from the backer as sufficient enquiries and failed to follow the proper system.

The fucker has just straight up lied to the Commons and should be called to account - now !
