rib of beef as always for us. Usually coat it with English mustard before cooking
 
Just took the turkey out the freezer. Says it takes 53 hours to defrost. So I can start to cook it at 3 pm on Boxing Day. FFS!!!!!!
run it under the hot tap for a few hours then the sunlamp overnight. Jobs a good un ;-)


It may give you salmonella but will be beautifully bronzed.
 
Carrots par boiled.
Sprouts shredded.
Turkey defrosting nicely since yesterday.
Will make some mulled wine later.
