I'm amazed that most blokes in the US get the chop - and that they are amazed that the vast majority of (Christian) blokes in the UK are not!
On a more personal note (coughs) was informed recently by a female that (having encountered her first no cut experience) that she preferred none cut ;)

I think you need to read what happens in female circumcision, the 2 cannot be compared. female circumcision is horrific and results in life long pain, blokes a a week of a bit of pain then nowt.

Man I can only imagine! The closest thing I can think of except getting kicked in the balls half a dozen times, is drinking nothing but whiskey for 3 days then trying to have a piss. Feel your pain back then mate!

Purely out of interest, how would you describe the level of pain?

Babies die from it every year. I have no idea why you'd do any unnecessary surgical procedure on a newborn baby. Like some others have said, I'd make it illegal for non-medical reasons. The only reason for doing it, as far as I can tell (besides religion, which is even more stupid), is the validate the dad's insecurities about his own cock. Some doctors definitely got rich recommending this in the states.

As a baby having a circumcision is virtually painless as opposed to having it done as an adult. If a religion wishes to have it done I see no more reason to make it illegal than having kids ears pierced. It might not be to my taste

was done when i was 52, best thing i ever did easier to clean {cheese free} once you get used to it its great.
