On the white grout top...the etihad and puma need to be deep blue for it to work, the dishwash colouring normally seen on non mosaic tops doesnt transpose well.

Ironically enough deep blue akin to the socks folk favour would work a treat.

...and a non white collar with the mosaic pattern simply running thru..would create a very modern fwd thinking kit..opposed to an infill.

I think this is the most Mancunian and most Manchester City idea we’ve ever had, even more than the Haçienda kit this season or the Vimto kit a few years ago.

I'd love to a modern attempt at this, it's perfection: white sponsors, cuffs, collar and correct shade of blue.

Having the sponsor in navy has always been a bugbear of mine, Etihad initially had it as white in their first two seasons.

The shirts are getting worse and worse. I’d buy most of them as a collector but I’ve saved my money now. A classic (or something with an ironic cool to it) will never go out of fashion. They’ve often been conversation starters in pubs / on the concourse.

PUMA are terrible for City. Over the few they've produced some wonderful kits, for AC Milan this year, Arsenal in 2017, a couple ofr Marseille. Why they're implementing these designs is beyond me!

Whatever we end up with just make the badges the right size. I hate the idea that any part of the price of the programme, or ten pence off my meat and potato pie is gonna end up in some Swiss bank account 'cos the badges 'n labels were oversize.
