City’s New Kits

Now just that third kit monstrosity to reveal and then we are set for another year.

It's a fasion item and people pay much more than £85 (£76 for member) for tops they'll probably wear much less than a football shirt

I would disagree that football shirts are fashion items as well. Maybe for kids but certainly not grown men.

For grown men it's a choice though I buy one every 5 years or so or longer if I'm not keen on the kit and only ever wear it to games. My son used to 1 every year for his birthday but had too choose which one he wanted,now he's 24 and only buys one every couple of years,but he does wear it a lot,amongst his other non football more expensive tops.
I think this will sell a lot but can never tell, I like red and black but they apparently they aren't big sellers. and I see loads of the Noel Gallagher one at games which surprises me.

tbh I think they absolutely are fashion items, there's a reason why the photos show players wearing jeans instead of shorts and socks and why Classic Football Shirts can charge £150 for a two-year-old shirt. It's a big market.
