I think City should be praised for the 10 minute keep ball session. The ball was never out of play, neither the 'keeper nor anyone else went down with the severe cramp they were experiencing, no-one had to boot the ball out of the ground for a twinge of disabling pain in the little finger, or got an insect in the eye or any of the hundred legitimate reasons some clubs might have for stopping the game at a rather important time. I can only assume Pep has had excellent advice on game management in the past from a colleague. Well done, City, far better than the quick free kick taken against Feyenoord when winning 3-2 in stoppage time!
