Personally I would appeal. Even if it's upped then we would miss him for only Blackburn (home if it's 4 games) and Bolton (home if it's 5).

Should easily have too much for either of those at home but we need him more on Wednesday

Should we beat Liverpool tomorrow the Blackburn game would actually be the Carling Cup Final.

did'nt mcnab-sees-red post something similier, stating that the ban would
take in the final if we beat dippers tomorrow.

so appeal, get them to prove intent, if they can, take the ban misses everton,
fulham, villa and bolton ( blackburn would be rescedualed ) so it would be carling final he misses.

Appeal! Appeal!
Question why Modric was shoving (to topple?) and Parker was crawling (to bowl Mario?).
It can be excused that Mario was warding of the double play with his back leg.

Just herad that the fuckwits at the FA are to take "NO" action against Crouch for trying to gouge a opposing players eye out. Well if that is not discrimnation then I don't know what is. I think that the club should appeal. Not on the grounds of it not being deliberate but on the grounds of inconsistancy giving the perception of descimination against foreign players. Kompany BANNED, Johnson NOTHING, Mario BANNED, Crouch and Lescott NOTHING. For the record I think that Mario's so called stamp was inconclusive but Lescott did elbow Kaboul.

If, after any appeal the FA uphold the ban then I would take it to the European courts. We have the money to fight these inconsistances. It is not a case of whether Ballotelli is innocent but that all we ask for is for all players and clubs to be treated the same.

Rant Over!
