City attacking face value sites - cultural war on supporters ?

You can't download a season ticket or membership more than twice even if one is then deleted, it's a total of 2 downloads per season not multiple downloads but can only ever be held on 2 phones, if that makes sense?
As a normal fan you can download more than twice simply by contacting the club via email or phone. Given what's going on with the airlines today, I have no doubt that sorting that out for tech savvy touting sites would be a breeze.

I can't most of us can't but then I know nothing about bots, computer and ticketing fraud.International criminal touts do, and as the report said "In reality, probably only 10-25% of those tickets actually exist,"

I don't think the club is making anything directly from the actual sale of tickets. I think the way it works is that these agencies pay us an upfront sum and we supply them with a set number of tickets under the contract. The agency then make the money on selling the package.
We should/could organise all packages/ticket sales in house for one off tourists and floating/alienated City fans.

We will soon have all the facilities in place....Stadium, Hotel, Arena, Tast and 8000 additional seats.

The members pass is on the members phone, you can't login and keep downloading it to different phones, this isn't touts that stand outside the ground this is massive companies with millions. There's other examples where blues have been specifically told the end buyer was sent a link to download the ticket.

Think there is use of burner phones - you're given a phone with a downloaded ticket and someone collects them after you've got to your seat.

Totally unrelated but I wonder if anyone can answer this.

The headline from the bbc clearly states manchester unite but of course when you click on the link it has nothing to do with the rags.
Is that a way of boosting rag stats by the BBC? If asked the bbc could state that articles about the rags get more clicks !
It's weird and it's annoying me.

Edit: now that I have done a reply the Unite bit is missing, even weirder.

Sounds familiar.

But one month into the season relations between parts of the fanbase and the club hierarchy have turned sour.

Issues around tickets, particularly the resale of tickets and touting for in-demand matches, are at the heart of the matter.

Concerns about the atmosphere at Stamford Bridge have been raised by many - including manager Enzo Maresca, who frequently referenced the issue last season.

When asked their views, multiple fans told BBC Sport that high prices, limited ticket access and touting continue to undermine the matchday experience.

Access to tickets is also difficult for younger supporters, with Chelsea's fanbase averaging about 59 years of age - the oldest in the Premier League.
