City away shirt in South Africa

your right scrabstersix, got back this morning, but it wasn't me wearing third strip, i always take some of my old shirts and give them an airing when i follow the cricket abroad.
went to the durban test and won, great match, i had flag up, CHESTER BRANCH / SHIP VICTORY on it and seen several times.also seen in cape town at square leg lying in 35/40'sunshine with a cold beer can't beat it ! unfortunately when booked flights i assumed ( wrongly ) test started on 2nd jan not the 3rd, hence the reason i home today missing last days play.
cape town fantastic place and shame we didn't play there in the summer
and yes far too many rag shirts in cape town, but as usual a good following of blues there as there usually is at england cricket matches abroad.
i will hold my hands up and admit when i booked flights before fixtures came out i gambled on missing the saturday, boxing day and and 3rd round of cup ( didn't miss middlesborough though ! ) but didn't realise league cup semi 1st leg would be so early so was gutted to think i was missing 1st semi for 23 years ( counting full members cup, how sad ) but now i'm not YIPPEE, watched all three games live though so well happy.
to the aussie blues on here i will be down under again november/december for the ashes again hope we do better than last time, don't know which tests yet as it is my sisters 50th so hopefully in abu dhabi with city/sisters birthday then onto oz for 2nd test or go to oz for 1st test then onto abu dhabi for party.

If anyone from city reads this, please arrange friendly in abu dhabi around 27th of november, CHEERS.
