Absolute bollocks. City fans could possibly be the worse of all. Yes they turn up in numbers, this is because there is fuck all else to do in Manchester. They always have a player or even players who get booed, no other club in the world would do this. The negativity that has always been present (some justified) will stop City ever winning anything. The atmosphere and song choice is shit, and has been since the mid eighties. The manager, assistants, physios, ball boys, owners constantly get criticised by uneducated cretins. If City got rid of all the current fans and replaced them with positively minded people, WE could be successful, in its current form with you bunch of miserable twats, we will win fuck all - FACT, sorry but true you all need to look in the mirror.

I mean how can you ask are City fans the best in football, I mean take a look around. Who's the manhunt for this month? Dunne, Robinho..no they're gone. Toure, Ireland, Given? Who deserves to be put down in every way possible in as many different topics possible?

And that's just on here. Never mind the boos that come out of every stadium in the country. A bad game and it's boos all round, there's violence in the stands, flying objects at the players..the list goes on. No one's innocent of it, it's done by all.

Liverpool might fancy themselves at the Kop..have to admit that that the sound of everyone singing YNWA, it's one of those hair standing up on the back of the neck moments, especially when they turn off the music.

Us? How many topics on here alone, were about negative things, Mancini out, x is playing crap, lets buy a new one, y is playing crap, (and by playing badly I mean of course one mistake) drop him. He deserves it.
With all the moaning and criticising that's done on here people tend to forget the positives, how good x was all season and how many points he's saved us, brilliant up till 2 weeks ago..but no, it's hang him out to dry time.

The best fans? Take a look around. And that's just on here. Never mind some of the individuals you see at the games. THe pride of Manchester.

Not a chance!!!!! Only 28000 there for the FA Cup game against Stoke. No atmosphere at all which has been the case in all of the games I have been to this season. There were 28000 at Stoke on Tuesday and did you hear the atmosphere THEY generated? Loyal we may be but capable of creating an atmosphere to lift the team? Unfortunately I don't think so.

28000 in their ground is basically full, and in ours it looks empty. how can we genrate an atmosphere with empty seats inbetween fans? you have to think of the reasons why there was only 28000 aswell 1) early round of the cup 2) on national television 3) current financial climate 4) playing one of our or if not the most important league games this season the following week 5) ticket prices in this day and age. adding those different points up you can sort of understand, i didn't go because i'm skint and it was on t.v pretty fair enough thats just the way it is. in the league our turnouts have been great this year and i'd love to see how many fans other premier league teams would get if they fell to the third tier of football. atmosphere this year is shit but i think it's due to what people expect nowadays, it will be back just like city.

not every city fan comes on here you know!? newcastle's attendances have dropped loads this year imagine if the went down again. liverpool have had so much success so you can't judge them until they get relegated. to be honest i get pissed off on this forum reading how negative some blues get, but you have to understand this forum doesn't represent manchester city's supporters it's just a minority of them.
