Veron is a funny one, I remember watching him yonks ago when he was at Lazio and he was without a doubt one of the best midfielders in the world - when Scum signed him I clearly remember being devastated and then proceeded to watch him fail miserably in the Prem.

Seems like he has rediscovered his form but surely if he failed here 8 years ago then he would have fucking no chance now.

Quality player who should have been a revelation here but for some bizarre reason failed miserably.
