City bus scheme for home games - bus tracking (P91)

Many a true word is spoken in jest

I’m sure i read somewhere that a group of blues were chartering a helicopter to Wembley one time, might even have been the rags final, as it worked out about the same price as going down on the train.
A helicopter license is next on my bucket list. About 7 grand apparently. If you have a spare chinook give us a shout...love those things.

Absolutely bobbins. The club could afford to fully pay / massively subsidise buses from all 4 compass points for every game. It would mean cooperation with the council and it would cost the club hundreds of thousands but it could be done. But instead we get this half arsed effort.
Sure...and a £200 rise per season ticket.

Don't all the buses lined up behind the south stand already do that route?
Not sure mate and have never looked into that. I’ve only recently started getting the train (I live a 5 minute walk from Crewe station) after years of driving but parking and getting off has become a pain so decided give the train a go. So with being new to that sort of travel I either walk to the ground or use uber. Would be really handy if there was a bus that went Piccadilly Station way, I don’t know if the metro link passes that way either and haven’t done any research into it or buses for that matter. It just seemed easy to walk or get an uber.

I usually get the train but on the last rail strike bussed it and at that point all those at the back.of the south stand went back into town and stopped at the bottom of piccadilly approach, que wasn't too bad to get on either.
