Thanks for getting in touch and sharing what happened. I’ve spoken with my colleague – the lady you mentioned, and she’s filled me in on everything, including the concerns raised by everyone on the bus.
We’re honestly really disappointed as a team that things went the way they did tonight. It’s definitely not the experience we want anyone to have. We’ll be speaking with the operator first thing tomorrow to make sure this is properly addressed.
