Or it's pissing down with rain.Just think of the exercise benefits of the walk if you continue using the train... unless you just can't be arsed of course!

I used to live in Royton, so was a little intrigued. The trams at night on that line are a total knobhead lottery. I’ve seen numerous fights and anti-social behaviour on them.
One night, the tram driver refused to leave Derker station until a certain group alighted. They did eventually, whilst smashing 3 or 4 windows to show their disdain.
It can be fine, but it’s not a guarantee.
90% of the time, it’s fine, but the 10% feels a bigger percentage than it actually is. Guess you just feel wary all the time, which is unsettling.I used to live in Royton, so was a little intrigued.
Agreed mateJust shows us that some people will piss and moan about anything
What, rain... in Manchester!Or it's pissing down with rain.
Another aspect of fans using public transport that our dear council officials haven't a clue about.90% of the time, it’s fine, but the 10% feels a bigger percentage than it actually is. Guess you just feel wary all the time, which is unsettling.

There are more staff on routes these days and that does help, but when push comes to shove, they aren’t paid enough to get stuck in when needed, so they are more of a visual deterrent.Another aspect of fans using public transport that our dear council officials haven't a clue about.
I’ve always found it to be fine and often got the last one home to Shaw. Those seats aren’t designed for sitting on long though as I git piles last time. But that’s a separate issue!!90% of the time, it’s fine, but the 10% feels a bigger percentage than it actually is. Guess you just feel wary all the time, which is unsettling.
Piles from sitting on a cold plastic seat in the stadium than a padded seat bus more like.I’ve always found it to be fine and often got the last one home to Shaw. Those seats aren’t designed for sitting on long though as I git piles last time. But that’s a separate issue!!
Yer can have my seat - I'm driving!Judging by the comments on here I'm expecting to be the only one on it
I used to get on that back in the day. I’m gonna give it a try, can’t arsed walking from Oldham Road which is where I had to park against BurnleyIt is nothing new really
There used to be buses from all those areas on match days back in the 70s and 80s.
One ran from Langley to Maine Road, went through Middleton centre and Blackley.
That is not City's responsibility though and Rail projects are staggeringly expensive in this Country these days.Think you misunderstood me. I’d love it to be a success. It’s an admirable idea. But let’s be straight, we’re a first class team with a tenth rate infrastructure - it’s a fucking nightmare getting to and from the ground and has been since we moved from Maine Rd. as a club we could, and should have spent millions on developing a high speed transport system to and from the ground. It would necessitate local government involvement but ££££ talks.
i used to know a lad who was a rear gunner, but that's an whole new conversationIn Boothstown, the milk floats have a rear gunner!
We’ll never get there.Yer can have my seat - I'm driving!
