What did they say :-)

Did they say the bus from macc would be on time Sunday, rather than 45 mins late?
Said late buses completely unacceptable and had been raised with provider (it’s outsourced) as breaching contract terms. Tbf bus against Newcastle was there early and left bang on time. Also said they were in discussions with the club about introducing family friendly fares, which I interpreted as cheaper kids fares

Not sure if mentioned but the Radcliffe bus MC16 now showing as starting & ending at Bury Interchange.

Much better for those coming from the Rossendale valley.

That’s brilliant news. I will be using the bus all the time although I’m away for the gunners match & was away for the Newcastle game. Great to hear it was on time!!

Used the Offerton bus again for the Newcastle match. Bang on time and we got in the ground with almost an hour to spare. When we did the Mersey Square pick up in Stocky a black and white scarf wearing Newcastle senior got on. He had come up from Herts, if I remember correctly, and I had stayed the previous night in Stockport. He of course used his OAP National pass and commented that this was a terrific service!! How others see us :-)

Can anybody provide some feedback on the bus to and from Oldham please.
Does it get full as I would be looking to get on at the Failsworth stop?
Also, is it feasible to make it in time for the return trip from SS3? Don’t want to leave before the final whistle!

I'll be getting the bus from Macc tomorrow while my son goes in on the train with his mate. Is it likely they will be able to get on the bus back?

Let me know how it goes Tim I’m looking at using it for the Luton game
Will do Wes. I’m in the North Stand tomorrow because I’ve let someone in my Branch buy my ticket so him and his Missus can go on his birthday. Ray and r kid will be there

Yes you can just buy a single. So far the bus has never been more than half full so no problem getting on. Might be a bit busier tomorrow with the parking ban kicking in and trains a bit dodgy but can’t see it being full

Pretty decent service from and to Macc today. Still prefer to go under my own steam but the parking situation is off put. Back in Macc for 8 and service well used, presumably more so than previous weeks

That’s the last time I get the bus back, both times the Marple bus has been last to leave the college car park. My brother was back in Hyde on his bus whilst my bus was still stuck in traffic in Gorton.

Hi Andy here give me chance to implement new plans to remove traffic from the roads my plan to paint buses yellow and use as ambulance is in advanced stage and looking promising
Love Andy

First fuck up Match bus 13 seems the driver got timings wrong and has done an 8pm ko, we saw it leave with no one in it! So he’s gone all the way to the Ethiad with no one on the fucking idiot, everyone scrambling round to get to the game I’ve had to get the bus to Ashton then the tram will miss ko :( he better take us back for free.
