To be fair it is probably nothing to do with it going on the kit anymore, more it was our old badge and any rights to it should be ours as anyone else could make money off the club by using it and the club would be powerless.

Really? when we have done threads before, it always seems to me there is a 50/50 split, I hate the old badge it looks like something you would see on 60s corporation bus.
