How much were the referee and PGMOL fined for fucking us over -?
well if the FA can charge us and City get a £120.000 then, City should be able to stop referee's that fuck up from taking part in our games, it should work both ways

To be expected.
The ref was "Devestated" by his mistake apparantly - the only thing he was devastated about was getting caught out I think.

No mistake by the ref he held his arm/ hand out to play on! Then blew up a couple of seconds later,he could see his advantage was starting to work for us as per rule. Pure cheating on his behalf!
No consequences for him as state, no wonder us blues get annoyed!
