I went to watch Valez Sarsfield v Estudiantes in 2006 when I was on holiday in BA with my then fiancé - and Juan Sebastian Veron was playing for the away team. He was different class that day, but got sent off for a second bookable offence near the end. Fucking brilliant atmosphere and notably, at the end, they let the away fans out and kept the home fans in for about half an hour, which has a certain logic, albeit to the inconvenience of the vast majority of the crowd.
Really enjoyable day. As a consequence, I've occasionally looked out for their results since. Anyways, they can now go fuck themselves!

this would not even make the news if it was any other club we done nothing wrong and the rules are in black and white and the european passport says end of story he is free to play for anybody in europe and was under no contract so a small fee was offered by manchester city and all was fine from the agent and player
but a story sells if you put manchester city and money together i smell a rat here and the club is taking the piss in my book and they knew they would not win but city called there bluff and now its in court that they can not win but the headlines will sell and any news will be good for them in this

The worlds most boring close season if we got banned. It's probably do wonders for the joke thread....More importantly, has anyone considered the consequences for Bluemoon if we were deprived of a transfer window?
No more 'It's quiet'. It truly would be quiet. Tolmie would need to find another job. Ric would have to file for bankruptcy. MattyB would be made redundant. MCRJON would miss his annual post and time out of the forum with a password reset. We wouldn't be able to sell Hart or Bravo. We would have loads more inane threads entitled 'Tony Henry's best game', 'Anyone ever buy a shirt off Buzzer', 'Remember the buses on Princess Parkway'. But at least Marvin would have no one to argue with.
