I'd say the case has been dropped, we're getting to the stage where the player involved has changed drastically in value which could influence any award incorrectly. Ie Garre now is more developed than when we signed him and hence worth more. CAS should have a time limitation on these cases.

Nothing in that, if FIFA approved the transfer prior to us signing him then CAS can only find fault on their behalf, if at all. It's a very simple principle, you can't apply reinterpretation of law retrospectively.

Nothing in it, FIFA approved the transfer before it was completed, if there is anyone at fault it's them.
