Just another rumour, and will continue as long as he is sidelined.
He's having a laugh. He's been two weeks from for that last year.

You will see I said sidelined rather than injured. Quite frankly I haven't a clue if the rumours I hear about his allege drinking and feigning an injury are true. I just hope whatever the reason he is unavailable resolves itself soon.

He just signed a new contract hasn't he? He is only 20 don't care if his head is all scambled by the time this window finishes hopefully his position has been covered. I would then give him to the summer if it ain't right in the summer we can sell or swap him whatever. Why do it now when it may be in a couple of weeks he might be up for it.

you must take this article with a pinch of salt because according to it:

Newcastle
Spurs
Wigan
Villa
West Ham
Everton
Fulham
Portsmouth

all want him ! and that is just from england??!!!??

nah id ont see it. he hasnt played for about 6 months, they wouldnt hae been able to check up on him, see his performances etc ..... this article is probably more Brian Swanson fed rubbish

I don’t understand how a supposedly injured player has such a hectic night life, time to get rid.

Johnno has masses of potential. Not sure whats happening with him, but think we should at least keep him to the end of the season and hopefully between now and then we get a glimpse of the player we saw last season. I like many have tracked him through the academy to first team. It would be a shame if he was to go. Just holding out hope he does a Stevie Ireland and pulls head out of his ***** and fulfills the his potential.

Why wud a player like him be linked everywere :S

he stopped looking promising when he got all these injuries christ he needs rehabilitation

Send the fucker out on loan everybody calling Elano. Johnson still living on his Derby goal. If we was not so rich id sell him but send him out on loan see how he goes. He needs to be as far from town as possible, get rid of some of his chums.

Don't mind the loan option, but I would for us to give him away and then watch him at another club when the penny drops.

I'm conflicted between letting him leave and keeping him. But when it comes right down to it, he has shown amazing talent for us and we should at least stand by him for some more time so he can sort out his "injury" and "problems" in hope he can return. Who needs to use him in a deal for Given, just throw their Bobby Hill lookalike owner an extra million or two.

I've yet to see this amazing talent everyone keeps banging on about.

I saw his class goals against Villa and Derby last season but i also saw a dozen or so games where he was completely awol. Final straw for me was the away game against the midgets when he missed a one on one and a pentalty - and Micah richards even somehow managed to over-shadow him in midfield (given he was also pretty awful says it all).

Not saying we should sell him, just don't see what he has done that warrants all the hype. Hopefully i'll be wrong and he'll turn out to be class for us.....just struggling to see a way back for him - given i didn't think he was that good in the 1st place - personal opinion and all that.
