"City dig heels in over Robinho"

Mancini has given him a chance, so did hughes he wasnt interested.

I cant see how the manger or fans can be balamed for his attitude, not putting the effort in and the fact he doesnt give a shit about the club. Completely illogical.

Fragie state of mind!!!!!!!!!!!FFS

Hughes fault

Now Mancinis fault

Supporters fault

Fucks off back to Brazil and mummy without explanation.

Treated like a Sunday morning footballer Ho Ho £160000 a fucking week.

His mates have gone so he has lost interest.

Craig Bellamy shouted at him and he got upset. Didums

All the talent in the world , but a piss poor attitude.

Always someone elses fault.

In some games obviously doesnt give a shit if we win or lose.

Could you please provide links or references to substantiate any of those 'stories' or admit that you made them up.
Which ones do you disgree with ?

Keeping him could be the best thing we could do this season.

All Brazilians are hugely passionaite about their country and national team and if Robi knows he's staying here he's going to have to perform to get in the squad.

A performing Robi = Successful City

Delusional. It's gone beyond that now.

Robinho wants first team football which he clearly isn't going to get here. Mancini prefers Bellamy, which is his decision, so Robinho needs to go elsewhere to get some games under his belt in a very important World Cup year. Most of our fans don't like or rate him anyway, so I fail to see the problem. It's a bit rich for a manager that's barely given him any meaningful game time and treated him in a way that I wouldn't treat a Sunday League footballer, to turn around now and complain that he wants to leave. The same applies to the numpties on here and at the games who have been on his case. Oh how they laughed to see Robinho on the bench and chuckled to see him substituted at Everton. What's up? The joke not funny anymore? Well our manager and legions of Robinho haters have brought this situation upon themselves.

Complete claptrap.

Bellamy's form is better than Robinho's so only an idiot would play Robinho ahead of Bellamy.

Most City fans know he has the ability but lacks the attitude.

He showed his respect for Mancini with his announcement that he was leaving the club.

The way he pranced about in the Everton match was embarassing for him and most City fans.

I think all City fans have shown a great deal of patience and I have defended him against his detractors on this forum but he is bad news and we are better off without him.

Absolute bollocks, Robinho has been a two faced twat from day one. Has done many interviews where he's courted other clubs trying to enginneer a move whilst saying all the right things to the english press and our hierachy. Those with any sense can see this for the massive "up your City" that it actually is and others seem to want to believe it's the media making it all up, even right up to the point where they didn't even believe direct quotes from the little turd.
I don't know what it is with some fans, the club will always be bigger than any player, but it's definitely bigger than an enemic, insolent, microscopic, self deluded, lazy non event like Robson de Souza.

If you think Robinho will be back once he's gone then all I can say to you is look after the fairies at the bottom of the garden and keep putting those mince pies out for santa.

Show me the quote where Robinho says anything is Hughes' fault.

Show me the quote where Robinho says what is happening now Mancini's fault

Show me the quote where Robinho says it's the supporters' fault

Show me evidence of Robinho fucking off back to Brazil and mummy without explanation.

Show me the quote where Robinho says he has been 'treated like a Sunday morning footballer'.

Show me the quote where Robinho says 'my mates have gone so I have lost interest'.

Show me the quote where Robinho says 'Craig Bellamy shouted at me and I got upset.'

Happy searching.

How has Mancini 'treated him in a way that I wouldn't treat a Sunday League footballer'?

That bit puzzled me too.

Anyway I have nothing against a player wanting to leave, but Robinho can't expect to be first choice when other players are clearly playing better than he is. I'm actually glad that Mancini has chosen performance over reputation, it shows he is calling the shots and not a big name footballer or someone in the shadows.

I have always liked Robinho, but this whole saga is making him look a bit wet.

What happened to the attitude of "fight for your place and show what you are made of?" Sounds too hard an option for him at this time, and he prefers an easier option.
