No Tolmie I just listened to Mancini's press conference, no club will be able to pay the required transfer fee and we will be in better position after the world cup where Robby wont need to play every game which can only benefit City... if he is used as a powerful player exchange tool then at least we'll have another big name to rip apart and dismantle by some of the flatcap mother fukerz on here if he has a bad run of things
