Until we changed to Nike in the last year of the Umbro deal and then they renewed under the Nike brand.I suppose so. I remember Nike buying Umbro but decided to keep the brand. The contract with us would just continue as agreed.

I couldn't tell you.How would it affect the 10 year deal, if it went ahead.
Best shirt was the 'one off' old blue/round white collar for the Charity Shield game a few years back....absolutely class !!I personally loved our 2024 home shirt Puma made (PL 4-peat season). Highly underappreciated, I actually like it more than the Treble winning one from the season before, looks-wise.
Never known a shirt to pluck and pull like that one.Best shirt was the 'one off' old blue/round white collar for the Charity Shield game a few years back....absolutely class !!
Oh yeah, that was a home shirt for 2019 Community Shield final vs Liverpool. It was made for our 125th anniversary. Incredible.Best shirt was the 'one off' old blue/round white collar for the Charity Shield game a few years back....absolutely class !!
When we went back to Umbro in 2009 it was announced as a ten year deal, but it was already owned by Nike so when they sold it in 2013 the kits said Nike on them for the rest of it to 2019. Same with England and Nike/Umbro at the time.Until we changed to Nike in the last year of the Umbro deal and then they renewed under the Nike brand.
If you buy a company you inherit all assets and liabilities, so it would.I suppose so. I remember Nike buying Umbro but decided to keep the brand. The contract with us would just continue as agreed.
