Haha in a strange weird way yes. It's crazy I know but had the flare not gone onto the pitch surely the sequence of events that followed would have been slightly different ? no ? So I'm saying yes to the flare even though it was mad behavior and dangerous.You are saying that the flares on the pitch actually helped City to win the title? Soz if I got that wrong
