seems some people can't see beyond the end of their noses or the bottom of their pint pots. Does anyone think Sheik Mansour would look at publicity like this and brush it off as just "a bit of fun", certainly not. our owner is an honourable man with high moral standards, and if he thought these were being compromised by mindless morons who think they can do what they feel like "cos its a laugh and shit happens" how long will he stick around to watch? we could of course go back to the "good old days" when the club didn't have a pot to piss in, brought in free or shit players and never had ambitions of being amongst the elite of world football...at least that way no one will give a shit if the fans behave like highwaymen

I've read some dramatic shite on this site before but this one wins the Title.
Get a grip mate.

I must say, the thought of acting like a Highwayman actually quite appeals to me. Arriving to the away games on a horse in a cape and a mask, looting and pillaging all the way there and back whilst picking up the odd woman of negotiable pleasure along the way.

That sounds like a right laugh to me. Saying that though, if a few of us do it the Sheikh might decide to sell up so I'd better not.

You can compare it. Pack mentality and thieving. Happened at Oakwell and happened at that shop. No way of not comparing it. Like I say though its almost like its ok, 'cos its city lads avvin a laugh an alllllll'dat'

Unconfirmed reports suggesting that it was infact 8 lads in there, some bought cans, others decided to place them in their pockets, not the whole tearing down the shop door and raiding the shop as suggested, or as what happened at oakwell, spose its abit like affray and a riot.
You miss my point mate. Its the reactions whats getting me. 'Good lads' this, 'just youngsters' that. When united did whatever they did to that kiosk they were the scum of the earth, yet because it was City fans who did this on Sunday its ok. Not right that. Red, blue or yellow, a thief is a thief.

Indeed.

I'm not sure about the Title, though.

I'd put it in a playoff with those who suggest that posts on Bluemoon may result in the Skeikh writing off his £500m investment and walking away.

There have been more than one of those over the last couple of years.

But I agree, that one's a stinker, alright.

Now taking bookings for all away games . . .

Scrotes if it was a local corner shop. I wouldn't mind if it was a big company.

If it was a big company it might be listed on the SE and my life insurance, pension fund might have shares in it - yer filthy robbing scum shitehawks! City fans rob City fans! Not surprised, did the Wigan guy ever get his flag back?

Too easy to say that on a forum, i get you point, but maybe the ones saying that didnt have a pop at the rags, im not that obsessed about the rags to worry what they do. but i get your point.

I think the whole thing is a massive over reaction.

No one has said stealing is not wrong, but to ban people from watching city because of this is the shocking.

Should peolpe be banned form watching city for smoking in the toilets at away games, as this isn't allowed but many do it (I don't smoke by the way, and am fine with smokers having a tab at half time in the bogs).

The police have given them a slap on the wrist and this is all that should happen. Those who want more/blood should grow up.

In the interest of fairness, i'm pretty sure we've had supporters thrown out/banned for smoking in the toilets.

Didn't that lad who brought down barrings bank get arrested wearing a City shirt, he should of been shot on the spot, then banned from city for eternity.

What a great point.

Now then people, honest answers only, those of you who have posted your moral indignation and are old enough to remember; when Nick Leeson brought down a bank on his own thus ruining thousands and thousands of people's lives and was paraded in front of the World's media wearing a City shirt did you think:

a) The scumbag. I hope he's banned for life from City. What a bastard; or

b) Brilliant! Look at that! He's a Blue. Fucking get in!!!
