Four of the gang, all from the Stockport and Manchester areas were handed fixed penalty notices for theft.
One was cautioned for shoplifting and another for the possession of cocaine.
Sounded like a riot didn`t it,take out the other 30 on the coach who were not charged then it doesn`t become a headline.
Some on here are making a mountain out of a mole hill.

Obviously thieving is wrong, but some of the posts on this thread (especially from some with a suspicously low post count) seem to me to be rather extremist Daily Mail stuff.
I went Sunday on a coach with a great bunch of lads I know well and a lot I didnt know, none of us robbed anyone to my knowledge, although copius amounts of alcohol was drunk.
However, I can quite see why some 10% of the so-called shamed bus (4 out of 36 were charged with theft) may have gone beyond normal acceptable standards of behaviour and went "wild in the ailes" (FFS) and ran out of a shop when they thought the owner was shutting up and they couldn't buy the alcohol they craved.
I'm going to generalise, but I suspect 1 of the 4 is a wrongun, 1 is an alchie and 2 were as pissed as I was at 4.45 Sunday and needed more booze.
Thankfully for me I didn't need to rob some Makem shopkeeper, I paid some ridculous amount of money for two minatures of Courvosiere from the nice bar in the ground at half time and drank them on the way back instead.

I don't claim to be whiter than white but I wouldn't dream of doing that. Perhaps it's because I was brought up to believe that theft is wrong.
