was that in Block 128?

more like 123/4 area
I saw it, and the guys that wanted them kicked out, I've never seen before, but they were talking to some regulars on the concourse. Talking to a steward at half time, he said we try and tell them to stay sat down, but sometimes there are just too many

yes these were the fans in front of me aisle 123/125 was about 4 or 5 barca fans (spanish) who made no hassle and jumped up when they scored the first goal maybe they should or shouldn't didn't bother me, they were polite and harmless caused no trouble and then some prick of a fair weather big game tourist city fan who I've nva seen before in my years of sitting there jumped up giving them shit and was aggressive and asking for them to be removed! I've nva wanted to punch a fellow "FAN" as much in my life! me and my nephew stuck up for the barca fans and told the stewards he should have been removed! and he started on us at half time. i was the pork pie hat wearing fella.

In block 123 quite a number of Barcelona supporters stood up when they scored and applauded. This seemed to be of absolutely no concern to most people other than to two persons on row E, one of whom aggressively confronted a Barcelona fan and then continued to shout for the stewards to remove them. Eventually at least one was removed although some City fans argued that they should be allowed to stay but were told by the stewards that they had to be moved for their own safety. Hopefully, they were simply moved to somewhere else in the ground.

Personally, I would have liked to have seen the City supporter removed instead. If you cannot cope with the supporter of an opponent politely applauding his team perhaps you shouldn't be at the match.

Exactly. Get a life. In finals in croke park gaa. Fans sit amongst each other and the atmosphere is electric with lots of harmless banter. As long as a barca fan for example wasn't acting the dick or taunting what harm is it

Couple of issues here .first one .why was so many tickets available to none City fans ? easy answer City fans didnt want them for a variety of reasons .so do we want empty seats or fill them with " other fans " i would fill them all day long as it not rags or scousers . second issue should City fans want pleasent harmless fans kicked out ? iwould have thought we big enough to embrace them .Lets hope all the City fans in different ends in Barcelona dont get kicked out

I think it's a bit cuntish to ask for an away fan to be removed. As long as someone isn't acting like a twat then I don't see the issue, they are just there to watch the match the same as we are. The Barca fans are not generally that antagonistic either. You get some "hero" people giving it the big one when they spot an away fan, they are sad people.

Saw a couple of people in barca shirts up in the Colin bell and as long as they are behaving then I see no harm in them being there.

I was more pissed off with the United fans in the barca end, clearly English, didn't watch any of the game and waving gloves at us with there shite badge on. Yet were the bitter ones.

Wasnt at the game unfortunately but im sure i seen a few in the north stand level 1 when they scored there first.

Dont have a problem with it as long as they keep themselves to themselves.

where i sit in 121 we had about 20 middle eastern lads, wasnt sure if they were City or Barca (wasnt bothered) however they were all City fans and had travelled from Kuwait for the game.

fair play to them they helped fill the ground and probably went to the shop and spent a load of money

There were a group of six lads sat behind me and the lad in CBL3 and had a green and white flag which appeared to be in Arabic writing but all of them had City scarves and were cheering like fuck. They also may have come from Kuwait.

are these actually Barcelona fans from Barcelona or more likely people from the UK or elsewhere who support Barcelona? They only took a small allocation so I am assuming there was not huge demand in Barcelona itself and these may be glory hunters like the sort who follow the scum, brazil etc?
spent a couple of hours in Shambles in the afternoon
bumped into a number of 'Barca' fans and was quite surprised, after trying my best Spanish with a couple, that they had more northern accents than i did
granted a number were from Spain, but a huge number weren't

I know they have a large supporters club in the UK, mainly non Spanish I believe, glory hunters - mind you that kind of fan supporting Barcelona at least means they aren't supporting the scum
