Hi mick, yeh got caught up in the gatwick fiasco, 30 hours to get to Seville in the end, but worth it for that performance

Just got back this evening a couple of hours ago - what a fantastic trip, and not ruin by the 90 minutes in the middle either (spanish plod tried their hardest after the game as usual).

Had no issues whatsoever wandering around Seville Tuesday/Wednesday with my City Shirt on - in fact almost entirely positive as most of the local fans seemed to be Betis fans

Seville is a fantastic City - the old town is spectacular - proper boozing and noshing in the sun watching world go by yesterday at more bars than I can count!

Not read back through the thread but did anyone else have to wait for the King of Spain in Malaga at lunchtime today?

Thoroughly enjoyable trip. Managed to get applauded in the hotel foyer, only to see it was for those behind me ....the Seville team! In with the home section and surrounded by fellow blues, brilliant view of the goals in the first half.

and a big thanks to Howard for the BOO posters - was well pleased to get my ugly mug on the BBC, Telegraph and Mirror websites!

So you were sat with the Seville fans? I thought I could see some hands go up when we scored (on the highlights) could not make out if it was Seville fans throwing their hands up in desperation or City fans sat in their end
