City Fans Leaving Early/Empty seats

I nearly took a picture of 115 just after half time to show how empty it was, but I’m glad I didn’t because just as I thought about it, we attacked and scored.

This is why our support is so poor.

I went to the loo at half time and a great chant was going on. Odd because there’d been no support during the first half!

They should have a raffle at end straight after final whistle
Draw the seat number. If your not in seat you don’t win
£1000, players signed shirt, match worn shirt

Empty raffle seats at home. :-)

We'd never hear the last of it.

The early fans going to the concourse at half time and arriving late so missing the start of the second half far worse than early leavers.
The amount in SS3 who missed our second goal was shocking.
I've been in SS3 since it opened but moved because of this precise issue. I was near the stairs in the middle of the stand and there was constant coming and going after kick off, before half time, after half time and with early leavers.

They all like to stop and watch any action either on their way in late or going out whilst the match is ongoing so preventing people that watch all the game seeing key parts.

Edit: still in SS3 but nowhere near any stairs or entrance/exit tunnels.

Went to my first game today for a few years and was gobsmaked by the amount of comming and going during the match, spent most of the match leaning to see around people carrying food and drinks by the shit loads. So the early leavers made no difference really, it was like that all match. Dont really care what other fans do to be honest, it just isnt for me anymore and now I remember why I stopped going.

Sign of the times. People make a day of it and spend a lot of money in the ground on food and drink and don't want to stand in massive queues - so it's best not to leave it until the whistle. The football is important but I'm sure a lot will tell you it's more about 'the experience'.

I was finishing my pint off. I'm not a quick drinker.

2nd half.

Fans that treat football matches and supporting the club as a form of "social gathering" or "chit chat" are annoying.

Don't come to the football if you're just treating it as a "day out" while stuffing your gob on the concourse, go somehwere else like the cinema so that spare ticket goes to someone who actually cares about the football.

This phenomenon seems to be mostly common in this country, match-day goers who attend out of habit or routine rather than for the reason of actually watching football.
