I didn't like the "Where are all the Mancs" chants and so on today as I've met a good number of Blues, some I met today who have grew up Daarn Saarth and yet are blue through and through due to their Grandparents/Parents etc originally being from Mancunia.

Just because someone may not sound like they are from around our neck of the woods, or may not be White....Doesn't mean they aren't hardcore Blues.

Chatting to a few guys in that Havana bar and he was making out that I was a "proper" fan (whatever the fuck that is) because of my roots yet he had come all the way over from Dubai just to see that 0-0...

it was a very different following to say liverpool or stoke. very quiet on the concourse but actually noisier during the game.

and for the first time in years i was able get and drink a pint at half time without missing any of the match!

Well done City fans yesterday. Could hear you clearly from MHL through out. We were deliberately being quiet, something to do with a fairly dismal week!

And we like to make sure you Northern Oiks are "clean" when coming to our place ;) hence the security Gestapo

Think that was the first of several 0-0 draws we can expect for the rest of the season until Tubby is fired too.

We took the smaller allocation initially but took the rest later, making it up to the 3000 or so.

Plus, tickets are still available in the upper tier even when the smaller allocation is taken.

I didn't go yesterday but the last time I was there was for the 4-2 in 2010 and not only was I impressed with the speed of service at the bar, but also the prices - £3.50 for a pint of Heineken (5%) yet at the same time I think it was £3.90 at ours. So much for always paying more down south!
