Does nobody proof read the accounts before they're published? Fucking basic mistake, Shakhtar are not even in the same country (yet). As with the Lampard press release fiasco, there's no need to be handing these knobheads ammunition to hit us with.
I've just checked the annual report that City released, <a class="postlink" href="http://content.mcfc.co.uk/~/media/Files/Annual%20Report/MCFC_AR.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://content.mcfc.co.uk/~/media/Files ... CFC_AR.pdf</a> , and can't see any mention of Zenit or Shakhtar. Where does this come from?

Page 64:- 29 - Post Balance Sheet Events,
It's towards the end of my copy that I downloaded from the OS.
Hmm, perhaps they've edited it, the one I linked (it's on page 106 as marked on the page itself or page 55 according to Win 8.1's pdf reader ) says:

29 – Post balance sheet events
Since the year-end the football registrations of Fernandinho (from Shakhtar Donetsk), Jesus Navas (from Seville), Alvaro Negredo (from Seville), Stevan Jovetic (from Fiorentina) and Martin DeMichelis (from Atletico Madrid) have been acquired. The registration of Carlos Tevez (to Juventus) was sold. The net expenditure on these transactions was approximately £84.1m

It doesn't really matter that our accounts are audited by a reputable third party. UEFA's FFP goes above and beyond what is allowable in UK business / legal sense.

Our accounts absolutely must be legal, but they may still not meet with UEFA's approval. If we only had to be legal, we'd never have this FFP issue in the first place.

We are pretty much at liberty to structure CFG as we see fit, but that doesn't UEFA will approve it.

that doesn't sit right with me and i don't doubt many others.

i suppose they can try to implement whatever they please but it will apply to all taking part and not just us

City to renegotiate the Nike kit deal. <a class="postlink" href="http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/manchester-city/11339387/Manchester-City-to-open-talks-with-Nike-to-improve-on-12-million-year-a-year-kit-deal-currently-in-place.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/footba ... place.html</a>

Bravo, Fucking Daily Fail..

No, the Daily Ukip are right for once, the error is in the 13/14 accounts, Colin Lee was quoting 12/13.

Ah, checked.
