Hmm, perhaps they've edited it, the one I linked (it's on page 106 as marked on the page itself or page 55 according to Win 8.1's pdf reader ) says:lancs blue said:

that doesn't sit right with me and i don't doubt many others.
i suppose they can try to implement whatever they please but it will apply to all taking part and not just us

No, the Daily Ukip are right for once, the error is in the 13/14 accounts, Colin Lee was quoting 12/13.
