City & FFP | 2020/21 Accounts released | Revenues of £569.8m, £2.4m profit (p 2395)

Again I'm assuming here but this won't affect existing contracts. With the original FFP contracts predating the start date were excluded if I recall correctly.
It'll have to affect existing contracts if they directly target salary, otherwise its discriminatory.

city should drag these cunts to court for defamation and recoup for every penny spend regarding ffp with interest.
Also all fines should be refunded with interest .
Hahahahaha wouldn’t go that far,but would be interesting if it was completely scraped would we have any possibility of redress as in monies claimed back as in the fines we paid ..
Ha, on what grounds?!

Let's face it, football does need regulation in terms of salaries and agents. It is ridiculous.
Just regulate debt then you catch everything. (Plus maybe sources of income, but not amounts). If you regulate wages for example you are interfering with the business model. Then you will find you are forced bit by bit to regulate the P and L line by line. If you want to ensure sustainability, look after the balance sheet.

They will try and attack the CFG business model.
I’ve always wonder why they haven’t done this already. It would be so easy for them to bring in a rule where an owner couldn’t own several teams in different countries. Possibly the only reason they haven’t is that some of the other big boys plan on copying it

Yeah, that would seem the most obvious way to hinder us although I'm not sure it'd have that huge an impact now anyway. City would still be able to thrive without the other clubs in the CFG.
