its obvious what aim is from which pl club supported levy(liverpool, arsenal) and who supported soriano(chelsea)Levy isn't a threat to ECA so he's supported. Soriano and City are. That's my basic take on it.

Agree with that. I also think Levy can be a useful puppet for LFC and MUFC. But the whole saga stinks and confirms the gut feeling I had months ago that we should just not do any business with Levy. Levy's club is £1bn in debt but he will not do business with City. He has links with the US owners (especially the Glazers) through his NFL interests. I believe he despises our owner for all sorts of reasons including the "elephant in the room" reason of anti-Arab prejudice. I know from a solid source that Spurs were one of the clubs approached by Sheikh Mansour when City were purchased but they got a very negative reaction from the Spurs Board, presumably Levy and Joe Lewis. You can draw your own conclusion from that.Levy isn't a threat to ECA so he's supported. Soriano and City are. That's my basic take on it.
I've wondered for a while that if it's an anti Arab thing then how come PSG aren't treated the same way ?
The British media lump the Arab owned clubs together but in France PSG are the leading club who bring in economic interest into Ligue 1. They have domestic rivalries with Marseille for instance but they don't have a powerful rival club(s) who would seek to exclude them from competitions. So in France, PSG are the dominant club. In England, Man Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal etc have formed a covert alliance of sorts and hence the domestic UK media play on this.I've wondered for a while that if it's an anti Arab thing then how come PSG aren't treated the same way ?
Daniel Levy was also one of the Main supporters to stop Newcastle takeover.Agree with that. I also think Levy can be a useful puppet for LFC and MUFC.
