Anything over £1m has to be reviewed by the PL, who can pass it to an "independent panel" for assessment if they feel it warrants it.

I love how they are going after related party sponsorship when talking about a fair price. I wonder if they will bother about unrelated parties that inflate the amount so much they get sacked.
