If we accept uefa's fine does is mean we won't be able to spend next summer in fear of failing it again?

I agree with some of the previous posts it's time to unleash the lawyers. We've been nothing but compliant with this joke of a law and our accounts show we are going in the right direction and are looking to break even next year but they then turn around and want to fine us £50 million of our CL money and reduce our squad numbers so we fail them the next year as well and they can slap us with further punishments next year. They can go fuck themselves.

Has anything been confirmed that the fine would come from CL money? Or are we still all speculating? There would be a very big difference between that and just the owner being able to pay it directly which I'm sure is something I read earlier today. Still too much bullshit floating about at this stage though to be honest.

Nothing has really been confirmed. I saw this morning a tweet that said it wouldn't. Then later, there's talk of the fine coming from our CL money. A fine that doesn't affect FFP is one thing, but we can't book revenue we don't have. It seems to me that the latter would be a deliberate attempt to ensure that we fail compliance next year.

I think a fine that effects CL money is just illogical, perhaps why the alternate theory has been proposed. Even UEFA can't stomp around saying "You haven't complied, therefore we're fining you 50 million so you won't comply next year, so we'll fine you 50 million so you won't comply the year after", etc etc. If that's the reality it will end up nowhere but the courts.
