Anyone seen this? Jean-Luc Dehaene has died of pancreatic cancer - could it be that his illness has contributed to the delay in sorting this out, given that he was pretty much UEFA's main man re FFP?

Says he died following a fall, not the cancer, so it could have been sudden and contributed yes.

Re: City & FFP (continued)

Agent has FFP in court over suggested loss of income, lower transfer fees etc

City about to sign perhaps £100m of talent in summer

UEFA want to limit City's CL squad which could mean we DONT then spend £100m and the agent then has a prima facie case about loss of income.

UEFA then delay, and delay and further delay........

Re: City & FFP (continued)

He did the BBC interview hatchet job on us, years ago.

He specifically mentioned City by name, when asked about FFPR.

The interview/video is still available on he BBC.

They'll just hire another corrupt politician without a moral compass to replace him. There's an endless supply of them.

In which case, they need to think carefully. The Sheik is a very rich man. Further accidents can be arranged.
