Reading through the BBC version of this disclosure it seems they give credit for the recent changes that had the effect of allowing financially affected top table clubs (Milan based) to have investment.
Presumably after more money is given to the good professor he will realise this and reveal yet again what was obvious.

New UEFA president wants to see it tightened apparently, we'll see what happens with Inter and Milan.Was only put in place to try and stop us and PSG.

I'm all for it if it tackles overall debt. So you're not allowed to play in the competition if you increase the debt over the year. It's simple, easy to check and stops clubs getting into financial problems.

I've no problem with debt if the club can prove that they can service the debt without being in the Champions League. Rule it out entirely and you'll stop clubs from improving facilities and stadia. Investment should be and has to be allowed though, otherwise it's anti competition.I'm all for it if it tackles overall debt. Investment is allowed but only through the owners pocket so you can't straddle the club with extra debt. Agree about debt increase for infrastructure as well so that should be allowed as well. Anything else is not on though
It looks Iike the cartel backed by La Liga are after PSG and City again.
True or not, I'm f***ing sick of this FFP noose constantly hanging round City's neck, regardless of how transparent our books and dealings are with UEFA.
If true, this stinks of Barcelona trying to get back at PSG for Naymar, and at City for enquiring about Messi. La Liga have tried everything in it's power to try and stop both PSG and City from taking their La Liga Crown Jewels. La Liga has already lost one crown jewel. The other one is also currently up for grabs.
The irony being, both Barcelona and Madrid are so mired in s*** through debt, tax invasion, dodgy deals, that La Liga hasn't got a leg to stand on, the hard faced f***ers.

At some point we are going to have to ditch the gloves and come out swinging.
However we do it foul or fair we have to shut these self entitled clubs up once and for all. That's on FFP. Bent refs, Crooked draws and media tossers.
