If it is indeed the 3rd time in 12 months then it's hard to argue that it's shoddy and someone needs a bollocking. The only thing I would say about that report though is that Fleetwood have been charged with the same offence on the same day so surely they must've breached the rules 3 times too to get charged which is a fair old coincidence. Maybe the same person in charge of our paperwork on this has been working for Fleetwood too and doing an equally shit job over there!

though I cant find anything that says 3 times here, only 3 times relating to players, seems to be one failure is enough on the admin side, it is a 287 page document though, so had to speed read

My point was who informed the Guardian that we had failed the protocol 3 times, I have trouble believing it's the club if not them then who?
