The fines are typical of PL in that the rules are there to be used both on and off the field.
City are expected to obey every rule to the letter whereas other Clubs are allowed to be exempt or at the ref or PL discretion.

We should be used to it by now.

Perhaps we should go over the top with our apologies for breaking these rules?
When we are guilty we apologize when we are not guilty we expect fair treatment else we sue.

The vast majority of them are for kicking off the second half late.

I was making an exaggerated point about the stupidity of fining us (or any team) for kicking off or coming out for the second half up to 2 minutes late. Can they find anything else to kill the joy out of the game with - I'm sure they will try though.

To be fair, our media team don’t help as they show them being late every time they do TunnelCam, major own goal.
That said, it’ll be interesting how many other teams are fined. I won’t hold my breath.
