City football shirts everywhere

Was in Greece the other week. More city shirts than any other & lots of young girls wearing shirts too. Great to see

Just got back from taking grand daughter to Yorkshire wildlife park near Barnsley.
Counted 8 city shirts while in their, 5 kids and 3 blokes

As someone that moved to Bournemouth in 2002, I didn’t see any City shirts at all, then Bobby Manc arrived, I saw two or three the next year, now I see four or five every day

I mentioned on a thread last season, where we sit in ss3, on one of the champion league group stages,we sit near the back and I kept hearing a scouse accent, I think it was the game Haaland scored 5 .
At the end ,I turned round and spoke to a bloke with about 3 or 4 kids with him,he was a liverpool fan ,but all his kids
had City gear on and were blues,he was not happy about it but said " what can I do , they want to see City live ".
fair play to him,I couldn't and wouldn't do it if it was the other way around.

Probably just using the kids as an excuse

Just got back from Salou in Spain. Saw more City shirts than any other, including Barca and Real Madrid. Saw about 30 City shirts, mostly Spanish kids. Saw 3 Arsenal shirts, 4 United and 1 Liverpool. We’re not global though

Shocking around here (North Worcestershire).
From just me and my eldest daughters friends parents 25 years ago to 25+ youngsters in the village.
The Red Dippers and Man Ure will have serious completion in the pubs in 5 years time.
I never thought this was remotely possible.

North Worcestershire too, 10 years ago my son started with a local football club and hardly ever saw anyone but him in a city shirt. Just finished coaching his team at Under 16 and there was 4 city fans in our squad of 18. Whenever we trained in the light nights, on 3 and a bit full sized pitches, always plenty of city shirts on view.
