posted a similar thread in september for a mate who was missing the arsenal game. he went to Nevada Smiths and said it was awesome. packed out with blues.
Thanks Dubai looks good - We also hope we can serve as a sort of welcoming committee for City supporters visiting New York or the USA from abroad. Local members regularly watch matches at The Mad Hatter in Manhattan.
Maine Road - thanks also, but there's no way i'm travelling all the way to Nevada ;-)
Going to be in New York for the Fulham game next week, was planning on watching it in the Mad Hatter, 360 3rd Avenue, but I've google earthed and street viewed around there and can't find it!
Top bloke he looked after me and my mate in Nevada Bobs when we lost 1-0 at Arsenal in 2005 (the f*cked up pen by Pires).
Then we went on the pop with him for a bit.
It was full, United v Tottenham were on 1st (you had to pay to get in for that). Then we watched City...then the main event.
Barca were playing It was packed to the rafters. All the barca fans bouncing about it was tremendous.....
Well worth a day on the pop.
If that rag fucker is there at the bar...the one who looks like Veron give him some friendly banter....he cant hack it!
Last year i was in New York during the City vs Everton game and was struggling to find the game being shown. I finally stumbled upon Nevada Smiths where there was at least 30-40 Blues on a cold Monday afternoon NYC time, enjoying the game. What a great feeling!
